Library – we have moved + Summer Opening Hours
We are pleased to announce that our library has moved to a new location and is ready to welcome you!
Our new space offers a comfortable place to read and discover books. While our address has changed – ADENAUER 00G880, our commitment to serving our readers and community remains the same.
We invite you to visit us, explore the new library, and see how we have settled into our new home. Whether you are looking for your next read, a quiet place to spend some time, or simply wish to see the new location, we would be delighted to welcome you.
Please note that during the summer period, from 1 July to 1 September, the library will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Access Badge replacement
With the entry into force of the new access rules to Parliament’s premises, as of 1 September 2025, the format of some access badges will be subject to change.
EP officials on pension are invited to go to the Accreditation Centre – on the three EP sites – to replace the one they currently have.
Please note that the replacement must be done by December 31, 2025.
This is a simple colour change: from brown to white, access rights will remain unchanged
